For booking i10 in trivandrum,i had only two options with me. One from the Popular Hundai and one from Hilton. both gave similar offers. so i gave my booking to Hilton. They took the booking saying that "AlpineBlue Magna" is readily available with them. They even showed the car to me.
After getting the DD from my bank they are saying that the Booked color is gone. and we need to order again and that will take 7 -14 days.
Now... Two weeks after all payment over. I am still waiting for my i10. Hilton is not even able to give me a date of delivery yet.
Dealer is not even taking the phone now a days.
I expected good professionalism when i approached HILTON to test drive the i10. They wr the first dealers for Hundai Cars in Trivandrum bfr 10 years.
Now i recomment not to belive there promises from Hilton at the time of booking.
